What is a 1-1 coaching session?
1-1 coaching sessions are driven by you and offer you an opportunity to discuss a topic of your choice, at the pace you want, without judgement or advice; a protected time that is just about you. My role is to listen, question, challenge, where necessary and make sure you achieve what you want out of the session.
When might a coaching session be of use?
There are so many moments in life when coaching might help. I think when you feel ‘stuck’ might be the best way of describing how you feel. You know change is needed but you feel confused and uncertain of the right path, next step or just general direction you want to take.

What will happen?
Prior to our session I’ll send you a questionnaire to fill out which will form the starting point of our session. The 60 minute session is very relaxed and informal, there are no incorrect answers or directions.
In-between sessions you will be working towards self-set targets using me as accountability. I may give you some further tools or reading to investigate as well as checking in with you via email.
How many sessions do I need?
There isn’t a clear answer here, it’s completely about how you feel and what you want to achieve. Having a coaching session to work out a single problem will be quicker than working through something like navigating a complete career change.
There is no pressure from me to commit to a certain number of sessions. I do offer a reduced rate for block bookings but it absolutely isn’t necessary.
How frequently you have sessions is again completely up to you. Most clients work towards a month apart to enable you to complete the actions you have set yourself.
